I was temporarily absent due to illness, sorry about that. This gave Moog the chance to win but normal service will now be resumed. :D :P

Yesterday's results:

1. Moog
2. wakajawaka
3. b9

Congratulations Moog, yesterday's and Saturday's smartest player.

Today's quiz is an easy literature one. If you think you can beat me :P , come and play here:

Oh Dear only 9 out of ten

53 seconds, score of 847

I have to confess I guessed some. Do bear in mind that aspies as a bunch do not read much fiction so it is a hard class of question for me.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

I am ashamed at how terrible I did on literature... I blame it on the local educational system.

 Sounds like a challenge.

I would have gotten 10 today but I mistook one author with a name beginning with J for another... going for speed doesn't always pay.

there is a serious flaw i have found out.
i get a yahoo email from the "FunTrivia.com Daily Email Trivia" every day now, but i have never bothered to look at it but tonight i did.

in this email, i get a preview of what questions are going to be asked, and i could research the answers to each question before i even enter the site and take the quiz (if i lived in the US or europe).

it looks like this:
[img][800:513]http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/2424/triviar.jpg[/img]

but i am in a different time zone which is "tomorrow" compared to the US, so i get the email too late to make use of it, because my date is one day ahead of the US.

people in the US would get this email on the day that the quiz is current, and they could go and research the answers before they enter the quiz.

deary me. i hope no one in the US cheated.
it says "15th" for me because it is a live link", but it really was the questions for the 14th which is over.

I only just today decided to review the questions you mentioned so I could have the answers ready in my head to post

right away. But I don't understand why someone would care enough to cheat on something like this. I guess I don't have

that much of a competitive nature. I did ask my son what he thought the MLB answer was. We'll see if his guess is

correct.

OK 10/10

b9, none of those questions were in today's or yesterday's quiz, and since tomorrow is science and technology, I doubt they will be in tomorrow's either.

Am I being thick? :?:

I didn't sign up for the daily thing.

Those were the questions I had today. Let's see I am on the Eastern Coast of the US, you are in England and b9 is in Australia. I'm not sure how this is working. We're often not on the same quiz it seems.
