indeed i was 112 over 72 at the ER last night... my BP goes down because of how relaxed i am by the tightness.

I used to have traction for a neck problem - the machine looked like a medieval torture device or "rack" and people were frightened of it. I used to find it so relaxing I went to sleep on it. The physiotherapist told me I had been snoring!! ! :lol:

It pulled my head from my shoulders stretching my neck. The vertebrae were crushing some nerves (extremely painful) so this took the pressure off for a while.
