Lanza had stage presence, but had extremely lousy technique.

Sir Jon was one of the few operatic tenors that could sing, as well as act.

As much as I ADORE Ernest Borgnine, I have to go with Mitchum, because Ernie was just too sweet, to carry-off "bad".

tough choice. johnny was more versatile, he was rather like a seasoned and wittier/more acid version of the guy in the chair now.

although this philistine likes Sherrill's voice better, I has a weakness for opera stars who also do pops as well-

so it is john darrenkamp for the win :thumleft: and for the second one, chris reeve was just so charming!

Watching politics in Chicago is entertainment in itself, second only to Philadelphia and Harrisburg.

I'm gonna say David Letterman, though, because Jay can, sort of, get a little too, like, slap-stick----like, there's just too many of his jokes, where you "hear" ba-dump, bump. David does it, too, sometimes, but.....
