Fun are the concepts to me, but I don't like the math. I've stopped at calculus because, for now, it is too many details to remember and not as intuitive to me as algebra 1, 2, plane trigonometry or Euclidean geometry.

Geometry as in Euclid's Elements, I didn't do too well in, but I did pretty well with Cartesian geometry and trigonometry.

Harder to do but more practical and useful, aren't Cartesian geometry and trigonometry? There are practically infinite applications for them in physics too.

In electronics Cartesian geometry is used to describe the behavior of amplifier circuits and trig crops up
in all sorts of AC problems ie: reactance, impedance, and resonance.

Like the field? Go for it! Industrial electronics was my specialty.

Okay, pretty much what I'm looking for. I'm studying on my own from textbooks now, but I plan to go to tech school when I can afford it. (I need to retake the ACT, with extra time for ADHD this time.)
