Having insomnia is mostly proportional to the level of happiness/being high spirited. I sleep long only when being either physical knackered or feeling down.

Night person. Though there were times (especially at the seaside) when I used to get up in the morning solely for watching the dawn and enjoying the quietude at the sea. :)
