Many people would agree with that, ESPN has a really funny commercial about him right now too. It's where Stuart Scott and someone else is driving through Indiana in a tour bus and they say something like "This is French Lick IN hometown of Larry Bird" and then one second later they say "And that was the hometown of Larry Bird." It more funny if you actually see it though.

Now that commercial I have seen. Quite funny. I went there once to pay homage. It was quite the happening place.

Oh, I must confess that I was a Magic fan.

Perhaps we should move on to something other than bucket-ball

Quite so, I know this is old hat, but how about food. After all, everyone has to eat!

Totally unclear to me why we can't have multiple conversation going on at the same time. Some of us could talk about food, while others talk about sports. Each group being free to interject if they have an interesting comment to add to the other topic.

Understood. To analyse Multiple conversations, we must understand who is talking about what.

What is everyone's favorite food to eat while watching a sporting event on the tube? If you don't watch sports, what do you like while watching a movie or other presentation?

"Xylophone is spelled in 'X'. That's wrong. Xylophone...zzzz...'X'. I don't <bleeping> see it! It should be a 'Z' up front. Next time you have to spell Xylophone, use a 'Z'. If someone says, 'Hey, that's wrong!' Say, 'No it ain't!' If you think that's wrong, then you need to have your head Z-Rayed. It's like 'X' didn't have enough to do, so they had to promise it more. Okay, you won't start a lot of words, but we will give you a cool starring role in Tic-Tac-Toe. And you will be acquainted with hugs and kisses. And you will mark the spot. What I eat depends on the sport. Baseball, it would be a Footlong Fenway Frank and a Souvenir Coke. At home I do normal hot dogs with BBQ sauce, cheese, and garlic. For football, it varies even more depending on College or Pro. Bratwurst are usually good for Pro Football. Lemonade and maybe something Cuban for College. Hockey I like a nice sausage. Basketball I like nothing, as professional basketball tends to make me hurl since Larry Legend was forced to retire. I pull for the Celtics, but have trouble watching.

Yearly tradition for us is to eat chili while we watch the Superbowl.

Zoot! For me when I go to a movie I drink Fanta and eat popcorn. I've still managed to eat my lunch today despite being unwell.

A&W root beer is my drink of choice, usually diet though, gotta watch those calories!
