Suppose we don't have something else to do, but just the same old thing to do. In other words, I didn't get to completely mark off any of the things on my to do list this last weekend.

Very specific lists are an aspie thing and I find having a routine helps a lot.

Would agree that having a routine is good, but being aspie and anal and loving routine, I married a woman who is adhd for whom routine is death. We've been working for 22 years to arrive at a workable compromise. Still progressing!

X-tra helpful lists and routines are to us! My 7 year old loves his lists, especially his "irratated" list 8)

A large possibility AP. My son with Asperger's had so much difficulty with sensory integration that he couldn't eat lots of foods and my youngest son, with ASD has severe food allergies.
