It's tipping with rain down here in the UK and it is very cold.

I don't know why people get so exited when it snows. It's only snow for crying out loud. And it's incredibly cold. The chances of it snowing here in the UK are one in a million. So winter passes without any snow. Also, Christmas is too early for snow.
