The first one is Æbleskiver: after the olden youle tradition of catching the small æbleskive-birds, stuffing them with applesauce, cutting their wings off and then throw them on the bonfire to cook (the taste is better if this is done while they are still alive when this is done)
The middle one is Øresvin, common bottlenose dolphin Tursiops truncatus
