In some languages, the same words have different meanings depending on who says it.

For example, in Common English, if anyone except TenPencePiece says "I win", they really mean "I lose" - similarly, if anyone except TenPencePiece says "a winner is me", they really mean "a loser is me, and I shall let Ten win for all time and worship his thread-winning superiority"
