Thanks Taupey, as that is a picture of a young Sidney Lanier whom my mom's family has a direct connection to..Actually, like Mr. Lanier there was a time when I once had creatively made poems and all but, that has been close to 20yrs now and I feel that such ability has vanished..Anyways thanks for the kind words though.. 2nd, I feel caused, I've sorted some things out here and there and no departure is not in my WP contract at this moment yet, I was so stressed out about something which, had led me to such a decision..Well, further journeys towards enlightenment shall we say..

Not a good day. Seems my dead accountant fouled up some paperwork and the authorities have hit me with a £7500 fine which I have no way of paying. I didn't even owe them any money - the fine is for failure of my dead accountant to send them paperwork on time that showed I owed nothing! This left me in a dazed state causing me to have a minor collision with another car. Not a good day at all. The bureaucrats are out for blood.

I'm working, again!

As for me, emoticon-wise.... a bit , I suppose. Nothing is going to happen but there's this girl.... well, never mind. But she's absolutely lovely.

Thanks Erminea. I've been in a state of shock all day. I written appealing the fine. It seems the UK authorities didn't receive a particular document three years ago that I thought they had long since received and this is the first time they have actually contacted me at my home address about it. Over the thee years they have heaped fines on top of fines and charged daily interest on top of that too. I should get a reply to my appeal in a couple of weeks time. At the moment I feel like hanging myself bureaucrats may well be the death of me one day. I feel so damn helpless when they do things like that. £7500 fine out of nowhere due to an incompetent accountant not sending in a document to the authorities that I'd already signed off over three years ago! I think they have been corresponding with that sacked accountant and his dead successor and that is why I never heard anything until today.

Double bummer.... those lousy desk hiders, incompetent accountant incluis. Seems tricky but hope you can prove the document was send three years earlier.

Sorry, although a son of an (righteous/honest) accountant, I know very little about the inns and outs here. Again, hope things will be okay soon.... plus today may be lousy, tomorrow can be completely di.... well, I don't know.

TallyMan, sorry to hear about that, if I was you, I'd figure out a way to keep strong and I also totally know how you feel since my college is expensive and I can't barely afford anything and really really tight on budget.... I guess the only thing you could try and do is call the solicitors, maybe that might work? (I could be incorrect).
