I'm more quiet and peaceful nowadays than I ever was, however I'm potentially a little grumpy when I first get up in the morning if spoken to. I need at least ten minutes before I can give anything other than a grunt in reply.

The next person hates being late for any meetings or appointments and tends to arrive early.

^^Oh dear, I believe I am very scared of arriving late TallyMan and certainly enjoy arriving early.
However, I am sometimes very silly and use lots of time checking that I possess all items that I require.

I believe the next happy poster enjoys attending school.

Generally, I guess I do. Depends on the professor and subject. I hope I'll like going to my upcoming class on early church history (love the topic, don't know the prof) better than the last one on the psalms (could have been interesting, wasn't), or the one on intro theology (theology annoys me).

The next poster has not been in school for a few years or more.

Correct.. plus ambivalent feelings concerning school here.. prefer to learn stuff on my own, I guess.

The next person also looks back with ambivalent feelings concerning school/their schooldays.

Most of school was horrendous. Grad school, overall, was not so bad.

The next poster has at least one subject they love to study.

Not nearly as much as I'd like to know. Some things I've learned by rote through having sung them (Ave Maria, Masses, etc.)

The next person thinks French bread is overrated.

No, but tend to find white bread and white rice bland and boring.

The next poster likes white bread and white rice.

Yes.. and only the 'white' variants..

Strange thing here.. to get back to the gluten allergy.. I (my system) can handle some 'white' types of bread, like French baguettes and also 'grano duro'/ durum wheat pastas but absolutely not the darker varieties of bread, pastas and rice. It's probably a percentage thing, I reckon.

The next person has food (in a broad sense) as an (big) interest.

Big, big. And yet have somehow managed to lose about 9 pounds recently, with more to go.

The next person uses a PDA or smartphone.

I believe the next happy poster has been blessed by a body piercing.

The next person thinks silicone breast implants are bizarre and yukky. (I certainly do!)
