i had my first piña colada in a cruise in september '07. i was 10.

Well in any case, in international waters, there is no drinking age.

what if you're born in international waters?? is your citizenship that of your parents or that of the country of origin of the vessel you were born on????

I guess it would probably default to that of your parents, but vary depending on different country's rules. For instance, I know in some places you used to get automatic citizenship if you were born there, but then lots of pregnant women would try to get there so their baby would get automatic citizenship, so the rules got changed (Australia springs to mind, but I may be wrong).
