The shows on Cartoon Network these days are quite nonsensical and surrealistic. Uncle Grandpa gets the trophy for the weirdest cartoon to ever air on CN.

No, unlike previous ones in the past in my area, an accident occurred where a power line was taken down; likely by a car.
