Ombudsmen. There are many. But not such that really have been helpful for me.
If you'd contact one from the EU countries they are quite long in responding ...

Your personal ombudsman hasn't arrived yet, maybe he/she is hiding somewhere in the woods
such that you cannot bother him/her with your problems.

Send some forest company to cut down the forest where you suspect him/her hiding.

If they'd refuse to do that just go there with your car and take an axe with you
and a lot of food, water, a tent and some strategy what to do if a bear drops around.
Otherwise just cut cut cut cut cut the trees.
Maybe then a few other "ombudsmen" will appear and free you from your pains, hehe.
