This Russian song is worth playing.

(Volk = wolf -- volki = wolves)

Right. The Russian mind sees deep symbolism in the above song. Soviet Union, remember?

I don't see any symbolism. I just see a bunch of pictures of wolves, and hear some guy who appears to be very angry about something. (maybe wolves?)

That's where the symbolism is.

It's probably easy to understand the subtleties when you actually speak Russian.

Yes. -- There is of course this cultural barrier. Finns and Russians are not quite the same as the French and Germans.

Dear Krabo, I couldn't finish playing that particular song because I was too sensitive to continue seeing the images of dead wolves - sorry... :(

Yes Ross. I know.

That's part of the symbolism.

Hi enviro, :)

I am long overdue on writing to you, hoping to get to it today if I get my work finished. Blame Finnish study for distracting me.

You should have done what I did on the above video - just close your eyes and listen.

Yep, I should have done that maybe...

I was just thinking, let Krabo rather keep the crab avatar. It could be worse - he could have chosen an image of Cthulhu...

I wonder if people eating in seafood restaurants should consider praying to Cthulhu before getting started on their calamari and lobsters...? :chin:

Now, all of you may call me Seppo, which is my real name. Pronounced like sepp-awe.

ah, the name that no US President has ever had is known to us. I like it, a lot better than mine.
now, unless Hispanic immigration to Finland increases substantially, I cannot see a Finnish president/PM with my name. 8)
