Actions speak louder than words is a saying. It doesn't mean that words mean nothing because words can also be an action. It means that people can promise you the world, can tell you they will always be there for you, never hurt you, but in the end, the actions are what count because what truly happens?

My ex told me she accepted me 100% and would never judge me for my problems. Soon after, she started to blame me for my autism, temporary disability, bad past and mental problems. Words come so easy.
