I think so, rabbitears, but remember the time when Springfield was moved five miles down the road after Homer literally trashed the town in season nine? I wonder if maybe the town keeps moving around from state to state?

I think so KyleTheGhost, and every time someone has a birthday, they just go back to whatever age they were before afterwards. I suppose it's just 'cartoon law.'
