He was just some bloke at the door saying we needed some new fangled roof on our conservatory... but the dog thought his leg smelled nice and things went downhill from there.

I'm fed up of digging up the patio. Must half a dozen of the buggers under there now. Means were stuck here too, can't sell the house in case the next people landscape the patio.
