The worst champagne you've ever tasted. You could still get drunk on it though if that is your aim.

Depends how much sugar you start off with and the type of yeast + nutrient. You could get "wine" around 18% with a little effort. It'd still taste pretty crap though.

Thank you for asking.

It wasn't bad. It seems like a pretty laid back job. Everyone there was quite nice and helpful. I ended up being the last delivery driver there and responsible for the delivery driver portion of closing the restaurant because the other driver had to leave early. I realized today when I woke up that I forgot to shut off the fryer though, so hopefully the last cook or the shift lead caught that before they left. I definitely need to buy some different shoes for work though. I also need to have a flashlight with me for night deliveries, some places seem allergic to light, in perticuarly a rather sketchy apartment complex.

I am delivering pizza and other food the place sells, but mostly just pizza. I also am responsible for some aspects of food preperation, mainly prepping the dough for the next day and cooking the wings.

Do you have to deliver pizzas with pineapple on them? I'd draw the line there and refuse to take them!

Yes, with the caviot that I don't get to order it anything like that. Like all of these types of places, there is a LOT of extra food that is produced that either the employees eat/take home, or it goes in the trash. At my pizza place, they seem to refer to this excess food as "burn off". There is some produced throughout the shift, but then there is a large amount durring closing and that doesn't even include all the stuff that is overcooked or whatever. Last night I took home 7 large pizzas and a double order of wings. The cook still ended up throwing away half a trashcan of pizzas at the end of shift. I had asked for all of them "to surprise my wife", but he said he didn't have enough boxes. I am going to try to take home more next time, even if most of it is just in a new trashbag or two. After all, I have a farm, so there a plenty of animals we could feed it to. Far better then it just going to a landfill. Even if I just used it for composting it would be far better than a landfill.

I also don't like how they don't do any form of recycling and a large percentage of their trash is cardboard. In fact, the trash produced seems to be almost entirely comprised of food, cardboard, and plastic packaging.

I didn't see any orders for pineapple, but I think that people unfairly hate on pineapple pizza, I find it delicious.

Get thee behind me Satan!

I like mine with hot pepperoni, chillies and black olives. Very rare we buy pizzas from places like Pizza hut or the other fast food eateries as they are so expensive. We usually buy the double peperoni hot American style ones from Aldi for a fraction of the price, then I add extra toppings at home then douse it with Tabasco sauce.

Do you bake them at home or are they precooked at aldi like a rotisserie chicken or some of the other 'hot and ready' food at grocery stores?

^^ Oi, there's nothing wrong with pineapple on pizza. Or burgers, yummm!

Bought frozen from Aldi. Much cheaper that way and to add extra toppings of your own choice.

I used to like pineapple, used to adore it, but one day as a student many years ago a bough a whole pineapple and ate it all in one sitting. Felt ill and not been able to face pineapple since.
