Sorry to hear that. Wish I could help a tad but I don't know what to say. Maybe try to rationalize things a bit more, most fears are quite irrational if you think about it.... but that's probably annoying (to hear). (sorry).

I'm quite well. Done some things that needed to be done. Cleaned stuff outside and washed a pile of towels (that still need to be folded though.... 10 min.... done)

Pretty overall.

I shoud write that am scared always when it comes to making an appointment wit a doc, no matter if it is just a checkup or something bad is going on. This probably will be just a checkup although there are things that worry me. But speaking about fears... well, yeah, I have some fears now but they are undefined, unfounded... Maybe I really should talk to some psychiatrist
