Granted, but we can't fix life without life in return. For your payment we felt an arm would do just fine.

I wish that I couldn't get sick... Please?

Granted, goodnight May, sweet dreams, but you have no choice but to wake up tomorrow.

I wish that I could go to sleep without worrying?

Granted, now you'll start waking up worrying.

I wish I could go back in time and relive my childhood.

Granted, but it's not as you remembered it, and it actually sucks to not have people listen to you. To be nice, I will give you the option of either forgetting immediately so you only live through your childhood once, over and over again. Or you can chose to remember everything you remember now, and drastically alter the future, while living a generally awful childhood. Your choice.

I wish I wasn't so lazy.

You are no longer lazy, you now are very motivated. But you are motivated to do things which you find morally disgusting. You now spend all your time with a sense of self disgust at what you have done.

I wish I could pay off the loan on my house, live by keeping bees and by growing fruit in the garden. Then live happy ever after with my dogs along with a few selected aspies after teleporting the house and garden into the middle of the woods, in a land where it only rains at night and the weather is idea for going out and about during the day. The forest would scare the wits out of NTs so we would have no unwanted callers at the house (no double glazing salesmen !), we would have a 2 mile good quaility road going from the house to nearest town, a phone line in case we wanted to talk to the outside world. We would have access to a good library (such as the British Library, everlasting reader's passes) and a free supply of everything we need to indulge in our special interests.

Granted, but while you're tending to your bees, they go crazy and start attacking you. You try to call for help, but since you live in seclusion nobody knows where you live and thus nobody comes to help you.

I wish to live in a cottage in a quaint little village in the English countryside.

You get your house in the village, but killer bees arrive and you have to stay inside your hosue with the windows closed all day long even on hot summer days.

We would have access to a good library (such as the British Library, everlasting reader's passes) and a free supply of everything we need to indulge in our special interests. This time I also get a good bee suit to keep the bees away from me while I tend the garden.

Granted. Pity about that forest fire though, your house was really lovely too.

I wish my wife forgets about the job she wanted me to do today. I'd sooner do other things.

Your wife forgets the things which she wants you to do, then your wife and my wife meet up. They then get talking and they hit on the bright idea of 4 times as many jobs as before for you to get on with.

I still wish for the house in the forest where I would live by growing my own vegtables, keeping bees and by growing fruit in the garden. This time I also get a good bee suit to keep the bees away from me while I tend the garden.

The house would have a 200 m clearing around it to protect it against fire, we will have added brick walls around it to help prevent fire spreading to it. Also the aspies who live in the house would have a very large lake near by, a swimming pool, a diesel powered electricity generation system, lots of diesel fuel stored in a secure fire proofed bunker, plenty of pumps for water, fire hoses, the other tools for putting out fires and some totally hardcore firecontrol training. Plus also for dealing with forest fires we would have BA sets, heat proof suits and an armoured truck which we could use to dash through the forest to help us put out fires before they threaten our house, the hives, the fruit or vegtable gardens.

Granted, but everyone becomes suspicious of your activities there. All the frightened NT's get together and discuss the situation and the army becomes involved and at 3:00 am your house is surrounded by soldiers who storm the house and shoot everyone... including your pet cat.

I wish my computer would stop crashing while I post a reply to this thread!

Granted! The Internet is too fast for you and confuses you.

I wish I could visit Tally Man in France.
He seems like a great guy to visit.
