Don't worry, the biscuits were meant to be edible by both human and canine alike.

Oh, that's not so bad, then----still, I think the fact that the package said DOG biscuits, would cause a mental block, for me, and I don't think I could eat 'em!
That was the best part, we made the biscuits ourselves! No packaging there.
And I think we did have tea that day.
