It seems like we are linked. We are both going through some medical problems at the same time. The hospital medical system finally realized that I suffered a major blood loss about a month ago and the data is finally showing up in their analysis. So they will begin to analyze my status in more detail.

The interesting thing is that I responded exactly in the same manner as they would have done. I doubled my dosage for two weeks and then brought it back down to one per day. So even without knowing what to do, I responded correctly to the problem.

Well I am off to the hospital. Get back to the conversation later.

^Hi James.

I wasn't well yesterday either.

I had to go to visit a friend in hospital who comes from another region.

It's not in my city: I had very intense cramps due to the colon problem.

She is waiting for plastic surgery on the inside of her mouth.

Radiotherapy caused serious damage.

<>
I even got in the car, I was going with my brother.

But I couldn't do it because the symptoms went to level 10.

Now I'm looking at various studies and research to understand the solutions to be evaluated by the doctor.

Tomorrow I'll propose them to him and he'll see what he can do.

<>
The best doctors for us are ourselves James.

We understand and look for possible solutions.

I will ask him to evaluate the least expensive and least invasive first, then we will see what to do.

<>
I could also be celiac and have no diagnosis, or have a bacterium that causes damage, or something else.

I think I've thought about everything possible.

Because there are also other hypotheses.

I'll go by exclusion.
<>
Even if, as I often write in the forums, there is no evil that should not be considered, yours could have led to serious damage.

<>
With the same drug that you use, the exact same active ingredient, I saved myself from a gastric hemorrhage that was starting.

The strange thing is that my intuition made me request a gastric endoscopy.

From there the doctors were very good after the biopsy.

<>

I hope the situation now remains under control in your case James.

You also overcame this bad situation.

In 54 days you will celebrate Christmas with your family.

And you will be present this time too.
<>

Yes you answered the same way they did.

I too owe my life to that drug.

Well I returned from my trip to the hospital. They performed tests called an Upper GI endoscopy. Essentially they verified that my body has recovered from my internal bleed that took place a month ago. They even provided me with a set of photographs of all areas of my colon. So all it well.

One of the interesting things is how my wife performed during the entire process. We are very much opposites. I am an extreme introvert and she is an extreme extrovert. We are two entirely different personalities but when we are combined we become very exact and powerful. I am like the night and she is like the day. So as we worked through all the interviews and exams yesterday, she would always join in and create links between us and the various doctors and nurses. She would speak and they would stop of a second and their eyes would light up and connections were made. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. During the entire process we became not just another individual but a FRIEND of their family.

Well I am a few messages behind so I will pick up from where I left off Yesterday at 8:19 my time.

You wrote, "A funny memory. In Italy there are some months in which we don't go to school. I occupied them with three jobs. They were different from each other. Once I didn't get home by 10 pm as usual."

I did something similar. I began working around 10. At first it was chores around home but soon I had jobs. So I went to school and then I worked. All the time I went to college, I worked full time during the summer vacation and about 4 hours per day while I was going through college. I worked a variety of jobs, all types of jobs. So I learned a lot of special skills.

About this girl. You wrote, "Once she asked me for a photo. She could see the sun. I told her that it was a sunrise.
She replied that I was the first to tell her that it wasn't a sunset. It was true, but in that position, it was impossible for the sun to be there, between the buildings, among other things we didn't live far away and they could only see the buildings in the morning. sunrise and not sunset from that view. It was always there as if challenging me."

This is interesting. Perhaps there was an inner question. She may have been asking you something very different. You answered precisely and exactly a visual question. But she might have been asking you something very deep down inside you. She may have been asking you if there was a basis for being together for the rest of your lives. Most NTs might say yes and describe that the union was already made and the union of two people was complete. But your response was more like a sunrise that meant PERHAPS.

It is hard to say. But love was in the air. True love is a very strange thing.

Then you went on to speak about sleep. Yes, sleep cycles change as you age. But understand that you mind is moving at the speed of light in your dreams and at the very end, it deletes all your dreams just before you wake up. You mind is dreaming but unless you learn to cheat and communicate with your sleep brain, you will not be able to hear it speak. It is very fast, so very fast. it moves at near light speed. But it exists. It is your other half.

You wrote, "Question: You have less than perfect balance.
Does the ear have anything to do with it?
Can you improve it?"

I have a perfect balance. When I lost an extreme amount of blood a month ago, I lost my balance. I couldn't hardly walk without falling. But after I stopped the blood loss, it has restored fairly quickly.

You mentioned a friend that you visited that has cancer and used radiation theory and it didn't work well. My mind isn't operating very effectively. Radiation therapy has been around for a long time. The results are mixed. I looked it up on the internet. It said:

Radiation therapy, also called radiotherapy, is a type of cancer treatment. This treatment uses beams of intense energy to kill cancer cells. Radiation therapy most often uses X-rays. But other types of radiation therapy exist, including proton radiation.

Proton therapy is a type of radiation therapy — a treatment that uses high-powered energy to treat cancer and some noncancerous tumors. Radiation therapy using X-rays has long been used to treat these conditions. Proton therapy is a newer type of radiation therapy that uses energy from positively charged particles (protons).

My memory isn't there but I seem to recall this is the optimal form of destroying cancer cells. This is because the particles pass through the body in a neutral form and explodes into radioactive form at a predetermined location within the body. Therefore the blast of radiation is targeted to a precise location of the body and does no damage to any other area.

You wrote, that you also suffered from a "gastric hemorrhage", so we shared a similar experience and we both recovered.

Hi James!

Now I'm behind in the answers!

Give me some time, because today I had to do some things that I didn't expect to have to do.

I'm solving practical problems before leaving.

I also cooked today.

I usually don't do it.

You know James: I can't, because there are those who always know how to do it better than me.

But I was alone and I had to do it for other people.

<>

About your posts they are important.

I only saw one and thought I had time to reply.

Instead in Italy it is almost 3 in the morning!

<>

Regarding your state of health, I am very pleased that you are safe and well.

I have read all the posts you have written.

But I can't reply, I also worked on the computer for too many hours.

I would like to answer you better, point by point.

Your interpretation of that beautiful and intelligent girl is interesting.

I hadn't thought about it this way: interesting.

In fact, I could have asked things, she might have smiled and said I was wrong, or she would have said different things.

Her image is almost identical to that of the actress Cybill Shepherd, I saw the 1970 photos.

For years I was choosing images from tens of thousands for a photography site.

By leaving Facebook I lost several thousand contacts with artists and particular people.

Now it is blocked perhaps due to a hacker they wrote in the Facebook notes.

It's a shame because I was writing with friends from Japan, Iran, the USA, the UK, and others, even from the South East Pacific.

And South America.

Do you know something beautiful?

Speaking of your wife you reminded me of a beautiful film also shot here in the nearby Castles, Lady Hawke.

It happens to me too and as with your wife, even neurotypical women have the skills that we lack and together we make up for it.

Now we are as far away as in Ladyhawke.

And the wolf will have to reach the hawk before he becomes a hawk again!

Unfortunately the affected area was inside the mouth.

And the areas of the tumor that needed to be eliminated could not be addressed with a different intervention.

I think he underwent about 40 days of radiotherapy.

And some chemotherapy, what we can call the chemotherapy effect, was discovered by chance during the Second World War, in 1943, following an episode that occurred in the port of Bari. It happened that, a few months after the fire that broke out on a ship was put out due to a German bombing, some of the sailors who managed to tame it began to show serious symptoms, characterized by systemic haemorrhages and gastric and intestinal haemorrhages with often fatal outcomes.

The reason was discovered by associating the illness with the ship's cargo.

It was a serious leuco-piatrinopedia due to the toxic effect on the marrow of the combustion products of the material stowed on the ship, mustard gas, a poisonous gas already used in the First World War, which was thus discovered to block the proliferation of cells. bone marrow hematopoietics.

It was a great discovery, but this does not change the fact that, at its inception, chemotherapy was truly a pioneering practice that included only a couple of antiblastic drugs.

This is the case of nitrogen mustard, derived from mustard gas. Initially administered to a patient with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, this compound was very effective; however the action was only temporary, so it became necessary to frequently subject the patient to treatment: thus the idea of chemotherapy "cycles" was born.

Another type of chemotherapy are folic acid antagonists. Administered to a child suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 1948, they were the first group of drugs to bring about a remission, albeit temporary, of the disease.

They had created a mask for her so as not to affect other areas of her face.

But the damage was great.
Now we are trying to find some remedy.
A relative of mine has a sort of hole that leads to her ear, and one in which food stagnates.

Some things he can't even eat.

Unfortunately it can damage them, at least in these two cases I'm sure of it.

They can't speak, they struggle a lot.

They lost their teeth.

And the hair .

But that is attributable to the damage of chemotherapy.

Instead, radiotherapy burns soft tissue.

They can cause damage.

Patients must be well informed.

Sometimes they minimize themselves.

Then afterwards you have to face them.

In your last message you talked about using radiation to cure some forms of cancer.

This reminds me of my aunt. She was the youngest sister of my mother. She had developed cancer as a very young adult. This occurred around 75 years ago. She was admitted to an experimental hospital where they explored using radiation to cure cancer. She was placed in a room full of other people with cancer who were used to test this approach. She was the sole survivor. She was cured and survived and lived a natural lifetime.

So my aunt was one of the first individuals in the entire world who underwent this approach and survived.

Radiation therapy uses high-powered energy beams, such as X-rays or protons, to kill cancer cells. But these are actually two different approaches. Normally when a person is treated with radiation, it is like being blasted with bomb. The entire body is blasted by low energy radiation. Their entire body is blasted by the radiation. Their hair falls off their heads. They have to undergo this treatment many times over a full year. They are blasted by the radiation and then they are given several weeks to recover and then they are blasted again and again and again.

But when proton radiation is used it is a very localized burst. This form of radiation can travel through the body and reach a very detailed distance where it explodes into a radioactive burst. It is like shooting a bullet that can pass through the body invisibly until it reaches an exact location where it explodes. It is very precise. Since the human body is composed of primarily water, the distance to where it is need is very controllable. It only releases damage to a very exact location within a person. The area of damage is where it is needed, the area occupied by cancer cells.

I think there are many treatments today for cancer. They will vary by the type of cancer and how far along the cancer is. Cancer spreads and can overwhelm the entire body if it is not treated in a timely manner. There are two forms of radiation therapy and they are very different forms.

Hi James, sorry for the delay in responding to this post.

I'm late for others too.

In theory I have free hours, but then I use them all. and in the end I am exhausted with fatigue.

I turned it on to finish some work on the computer after returning home and giving the exterior a quick clean.

I won't be home for several days, and I don't want to leave a mess.

Here: I spent many of the last days at my disposal to put everything in perfect order, even the details.

Tomorrow I will have to work on the electronics of several lamps.

*I would do it differently, with home automation but it's not worth wasting money to change everything.

Now in Italy everything is very, very expensive.

I am able to do many things, so I avoid others doing them, but the materials cost too much.

And I don't even know how much longer I'll be here.

I've been at it for almost three years now and the time has come for me to look for other solutions.

Here the area is sparsely populated, there will only be 200,000 people.

I would like bigger cities.

But first I have to solve several problems as you know.

So: the form of radiotherapy was targeted James.

But it resulted in collateral damage in both cases.

In one of the two girls the hospital is at the level of the highly innovative German ones.

And it's in Milan.

The cycles that you described very well were in one case over 40.

Radiotherapy, I don't remember exactly which type, nor do you mention 2 different ones.

In this sector, Italy is in step with the best centers in the world.

In others it is not.

We are as usual in scientific research and publications, but not always in widespread operations.

That is, in every Region there are excellences or deficiencies.

I believe we will have to reduce the number of hospitals and opt for privatization and compulsory health insurance.

We pay too much money for a sector that is managed excellently in some regions and not even sufficiently in others.

Both my region and the other have been under Austrian Piedmontese rule for centuries.

Therefore our mentality is efficiency and pragmaticism.

In other regions it works poorly and they are in the south.

The rest has a history that is very much mixed up with the early thirties and the narratives I had given you about nuclear energy

The true trend of the Nuclear physicist Enrico Fermi and his students was exactly the diagnostics we have in the world now.

Uranium was already being used then for innovative tests, especially in Rome, and he regretted taking uranium away from hospitals for the experiments.

He had a great sense of guilt.

In his heart and that of his students, the goal was not only the present, but the future of diagnostic imaging, SPECT with Dat Scan and various others.

So unfortunately don't give you percentages to objectively reason about statistics.

In some treatments it perhaps also depends on the areas treated, and radiotherapy can create very annoying collateral damage, it is not precise.

In the tissues of the palate it is not.

They will have to work a lot on it in the coming years.

However, unlike some friends who only treated with chemotherapy (Italy has many collaborations with British colleagues in this and they are very profitable).

I remember that some drugs arrived by agreement from the UK, once I had taken drugs for my friend of which only one of these cost many thousands of euros.

He didn't survive as you know.

While people treated with radiotherapy do.

Then neurotypical people are naive about this. They think there will be no consequences.

I don't even know if they think (sorry not intended in an offensive way) .

I mean they tend not to think about these things, while us autistics, when we have something, we read up on every detail.

I meant it as differentiation.

The two girls affected by throat cancer are now safe.

Although the matter is certainly more complex.

Yesterday I read several articles on the topic.

However, it causes damage even though the doctors did things perfectly.

But it is also the soft tissue of the palate which is very delicate.

Passages are created towards other channels from the oral cavity to the auditory one.

Years ago I was talking to a woman lawyer.

Now she has become a very important politician.

She had a relative with cancer.

He told me "Huck" if it happened to you what would you do?

I told her I wouldn't do anything.

She replied to me in turn that you can only find out about some things like that when you're sick.

However, for me things are already very clear, precisely because I have thought about this (also about this) for a long time.

I wouldn't do anything.

I only have some medical hope towards alternative stem cell treatments.

Also by chance I met another girl who has been treated with that therapy in the USA for years and is still alive, 30 years old.

And he's fine.
In Italy, cancer treatments are free only if you accept radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Not for stem cells: you have to pay for the treatment.

Result: we are focusing on involuted if classic forms of therapy.

And quite well on the pharmacological ones on the chemotherapy drugs which work very well.
These drugs saved my father's life.

<>
Yes James.
I had written some articles about it on a forum 7 years ago.

But I didn't get much attention, I usually did.

You need to be very careful about tumors and get yourself evaluated.

It is now very clear that those born after the sixties of the last century will be affected not by a third, but at least 50% by tumors.

Some are benign and therefore treatable.

Others we always hope to diagnose in time.

But Covid has polarized all attention and economic resources on itself.

Now we are once again thinking medically in a more valid way.
<>

Yes, my friend was also used to test the therapy but he came to treatment too late and only survived 5 years.

Without treatment it must be said: he would have died quickly.

<>

I haven't detailed the therapies because you described the therapies and how they work very well.

What's wrong with us is that we pay for haphazard management of hospitals with our taxes.

There are two things:

1) Welfare is provided but is monitored better
2) We do not provide free assistance, but we avoid charging us more than 50% of our salaries because it would be money wasted.

There would also be a third: investing at least 6% of them in scientific research, we would obtain impressive results.

Reduce the healthcare sector and focus on the research sector, at least tripling the percentages invested.

It's about sacrificing some lives now to save billions around the world.

I know: the choice is rational and not ethical.

Even if Italy will invest further billions of euros in the shipping sector. Exceeding 3% of GDP, we don't have many hesitations there.

Sorry economic references, but economics was a passion of mine and also the subject of school studies.

Yesterday was a good day. After my stroke I lost my ability to perform two critical chores. These are driving a car and cutting firewood to heat during the winter months. In order to cut firewood, I use a very efficient chainsaw. But since my stroke, I have lost the ability to use it. A few weeks ago I purchased a battery powered chainsaw. I have several downed trees near the home. So I gave the new chainsaw a test run and cut one of these trees up. It worked very well. So at a pace of one tree per day, I have about 2 weeks of cutting to do before the winter becomes so cold.

In the last message, you were discussing radiation therapy to destroy cancer. According to the internet:

Radiation therapy uses high-energy particles or waves, such as x-rays, gamma rays, electron beams, or protons, to destroy or damage cancer cells.

Your cells normally grow and divide to form new cells. But cancer cells grow and divide faster than most normal cells. Radiation works by making small breaks in the DNA inside cells. These breaks keep cancer cells from growing and dividing and cause them to die. Nearby normal cells can also be affected by radiation, but most recover and go back to working the way they should.

While chemotherapy and other treatments that are taken by mouth or injection usually expose the whole body to cancer-fighting drugs, radiation therapy is usually a local treatment. This means it’s usually aimed at and affects only the part of the body needing treatment. Radiation treatments are planned so that they damage cancer cells with as little harm as possible to nearby healthy cells.

For certain cancers that can be cured either by radiation or by surgery, radiation may be the preferred treatment. This is because radiation can cause less damage and the part of the body involved may be more likely to work the way it should after treatment.

For some types of cancer, radiation and chemotherapy or other types of anti-cancer drugs might be used together. Certain drugs (called radiosensitizers) help radiation work better by making cancer cells more sensitive to radiation. Research has shown that when anti-cancer drugs and radiation are given together for certain types of cancer, they can help each other work even better than if they were given alone. One drawback, though, is that side effects are often worse when they are given together.

But in general the key point here is that for some forms of cancer, this approach must be applied EARLY. Before the cancer has a chance to spread through other parts of the body.

In reading more of your post, it seems like I am a bit confused. We may both be on the same page. Using radiation to treat certain types of cancer works. But you have to adapt it early and effectively. If applied to late, the cancer has already spread and death is the result. Most people do not want to hear that they are close to dying and as a result, tend to put things off until it is too late.

You then went onto discussing governmental approaches. Where to invest its capital. I think what you recommended was invest in the future. I can agree with that. Many years ago, I was involved in a discussion about how the government should spend its money (our money). The individual recommended using the money on the poor. I said invest in the future. The space race was underway at the time and this was how we should use our capital. As the years past, I have come to the conclusion that the approach I recommended was the right approach. Our government has stopped investing in the future. We provide our poor with free food but they abused this. Many use the system. They take some of the free money for food and buy the best foods available (the best steaks that money can buy). Then they take other fee money without restrictions and use it to buy drugs, like alcohol and cigarettes, etc. What a waste. They have learned how to abuse the system and we pay the price. We would have gotten a far better return for our investment by taking a small amount of our money and moving our world into the future. There is so much available in space, it is a world of the FUTURE.

Hi my friend.

Yes: medicine was one of the special talents, and you write exact things.

Tumors must be caught early, especially in the developmental phase, that is, in young people, in the elderly they slow down, thus the metabolism of the elderly slows down.

The tumor feeds on its victim.

it swallows him up little by little.

Or very quickly: I don't give examples.

Unfortunately .,people
think Is special.

In 2018, if I'm not mistaken, I wrote an article warning about the increase in tumors in those born after the sixties of the last century.

Now these people risk much more.

The two girls had similar damage because the tissue of the palate is soft and heals as if by shortening.

*You should also aim for a better subsequent surgical phase.

It will happen.

Forever, they will speak with a weak, very hoarse voice.

But they are alive.

This matters.

I'm commenting on your post and I agree with everything you write except the Tissue.
The cells present in the connective tissue can be divided into fixed and mobile. Among the fixed cells, fibroblasts and adipocytes should be remembered; Typical mobile cells are blood cells: monocytes, plasma cells and lymphocytes.

In them it caused ablation of stratification.

Therefore it is thinner, it has healed by tightening, and creating channels through which food passes if ingested.

One of the two girls is in Parma because it is the best hospital to treat her.

We'll see, it will take some time.

The first is blind in one eye, she cannot hear except with innovative electronic equipment, and she is special.

Because she has as many lives as cats.

Before the tumor she also suffered a coma and a hospital infection, which had taken away part of her sight,
Now you can only see with one eye, and if you turn off the pulse translator circuit you won't hear at all.

She had gone into a pharmacological coma because the human mind does not have the coldness to see itself connected to so many machines since, except for the renal organ, none of the others functioned independently.

Then the tumor.

She had a 30% chance only that she is very strong genetically.

In my family we are a mix of populations and our ancestry is partly Celtic and Sardinian.

Therefore with an uncommon DNA.

A very, very strong character.

I'll see her in a few days.

While the first one described is very thin.
Small and very fragile.

Beautiful people.

<>

James: Don't make an effort, a chainsaw weighs a lot and the ground is sometimes not flat.

And you laterally don't have a valid vision.

I know well that you have thought of every detail, but you have to delegate some things to others.

Protect you.

<>

Yes: I'm of the same opinion as you.

People don't understand, they find it unethical.

Instead it is in all its probabilistic possibilities.

If we don't invest public money in scientific research and I also agree in space research, we won't have even a minimal future.

China and India are trying in their own way.

We must use our money well and not squander it on apparently useful actions.

My partner asked me why invest in the aerospace sector.

Astronautics.

It is not understood.

Instead it is decisive.

YOU test everything and then after years billions of people will benefit.

Even with drugs, some are tested in space.

Then there are also missions that are created at a loss and have an expiry date.

The ISS itself will have it.

The deadlines have been extended.

It is necessary to invest more than 3% of the national GDP.
And the same thing must be done with the social state.

Funds must be diverted towards useful actions.

And not squandered in useless and welfare actions.

Above all, engineers must be trained and polytechnics must be encouraged.

Collaborate between allied nations by giving precise instructions.

Here in Italy the decision was only made for the military allocation requested by NATO.

And it hasn't been done fully.

A dog chasing its tail.

We do not invest in research, but we train first level researchers, each researcher costs us at least one million euros.

Then foolishly the Government does not invest in valid research. And people leave at no cost.

They are not ordinary people but very well trained, and with a fluid intelligence, and accustomed to using various forms of reasoning.

On average we occupy sixth place in world in average IQ, but also the seventh in non-scholastic IQ. It means that we can definitely do much better in the educational one and rise significantly in position.

We do several things wrong: 1) We don't invest money, but we divert it into welfare now a lot for foreigners.

If an Italian does not pay taxes and bills, he goes into default. While he pays for people who do not school properly.

With our money we pay them everything, even rent, bills and food.

They don't work, they don't need.

They don't want to do anything.

Most of those new arrivals.

But Europe tells us that we have to welcome them.

Ok: I we do. But here people pay to live, while they don't. For years, many Ukrainians have been arriving.

If you go to a market, you will find them in the majority.

Who have a shopping card, a house, water, heating and paid bills.

On the contrary Our children have many children, in Italy by law you are entitled to an additional allowance for each child. But even if they are war refugees at family reunification.

Then all the others arrive. Nice like that.

2) We can make them study and work instead we just keep them.

3) they also do it for some regions, but here people are ashamed and want a job. Nobody doesn't work.

4) Invest money only where it is necessary: therefore every euro spent must be aimed at a long-term project and valid.

5) The EU makes us lose billions. It prevents us from competing. It tells us what to do, how and when.

We have always grown on our own.

Since the EU came into existence we have been in a crisis of economic stagnation. therefore they do useful things.

Using the money to invest it is the first thing to do. You pay for the rest. So what's the point? Each of us pays taxes for everything.

But some don't make sense.

Those for pensions for example Soon the retirement year will move to 70 years of life.

And who gets there like this? Then no service without insurance. No tax for pensions for those under 50. Salaries would grow double.

The money would create a virtuous economy on GDP would increase. Unfortunately it is not ethical to say it, but investing in armaments makes billions.

But we have not increased investments enough.

Weapons pay off even if you don't use them. An arsenal takes the economy forward a lot. But you invest in useless

weapons.

Or in unethical ones like anti-personnel mines, which we sell to many nations. We buy advanced fighters. But we don't invest in infrastructure. Without infrastructure we don't evolve. We're not producing enough inventions. Patent ideas cost too much. We're taxing our future.

If I invent something I am forced to sell it to an industry, whereas if it cost zero to patent it, I could become an entrepreneur. And create more technological factories, we only invest in logistics. But logistics is largely foreign.

Just look at the past: when we Having done these things, we have grown a lot. It seems that some things we don't want to do. Others, in my opinion, they don't understand that they should be done.

You wrote, "One of the two girls is in Parma because it is the best hospital to treat her.
She had gone into a pharmacological coma because the human mind does not have the coldness to see itself connected to so many machines since, except for the renal organ, none of the others functioned independently."

In my case after the stroke, I suffered in four areas. One was inside the brain. It is called Aphasia. I lost my ability to read and also my knowledge of words. The next area was in the back of my head. I lost my ability to see on my right side of both eyes. The other areas were within the eyes, the third layer, the liquid layer. It took the liquid and made it into a gel which makes it hard to see. The fourth layer was on the surface of the eye. It produced a condition called dry eye.

In my case I have made great strides in recovering from aphasia. I have been able to get most of my words back. This is an interesting video of a doctor in the U.S. that is advancing the field in correcting aphasia speech loss. He uses a different technique then I did but the results appear very similar.

Well you went on to speak about a number of other things. Yes the world seems to be falling into very poor decision making. We have leaders that are trying to either take mankind back several centuries or are setting us in to another world war.

This is another interesting article. It describes a very innovative method of treating cancer. They took Polio and designed it not reproduce but rather become a cancer killing drug.

I remember that the areas for your aphasia made me think of the two areas of Broca and Wernicke.

I perceive it as more likely that it is the Broca area that is most involved and the proxemics (The term, derived from the Latin prox(imitas) «proximity», probably composed with the English suffix -emics as for phonemics «phonemic» and similar).

I think and see Broca's area most relevant to your aphasia. Broca's area and Wernicke's area communicate with each other; essential for optimal language understanding, this communication is possible thanks to a bundle of axons that runs from Broca's area to Wernicke's area and which is called the arcuate fasciculus.

In-depth studies and neurology studies have shown that the Broca's area and Wernicke's area are in communication with a further region of the cerebral cortex associated with the ability to speak: the angular gyrus of the parietal lobe. Broca's area is the region of the cerebral cortex on which the production of speech depends language and part of its understanding.

In the past, experts believed that Broca's area only controlled the ability to produce language and that understanding the latter was solely the responsibility of Wernicke's area; recent studies, however, have shown that Broca's area is also involved in language comprehension processes, therefore resulting in collaboration with Wernicke's area. Broca's area, however, is not only involved in production and comprehension of language.

In fact, it has been known for some time that it participates in the interpretation of the meaning of gestural expressions, where gestural expressions mean those movements of the body and hands used to express a concept, an intention, etc., in place of words. I was thinking of area 22 and 44 and not 45.

<>
For the eyes you wrote to me there were improvements?

The video should describe innovative studies and evidence of effectiveness after that injection which is seen after 5 minutes I think.
It should be Dr. Tobinick(South Florida).
His discovery dates back to 2010, but the results have ongoing evidence, that is, this year.

Interesting.

There are studies with a drug Warfarin.

On patients with stroke or for prevention.
The results appear to be positive at 64% in the case series.
I underline that Warfarin is an unwieldy drug and includes careful medical control therapy.

You can ask doctors about that therapy, but I think it is not suitable for you.

I hypothesize it would create adverse effects.

In your case.

While I find this idea fantastic.
The results phase with that lady is beautiful.

Obviously it works.

She's about to leave so I absolutely have to try to get a few hours of sleep.

I only sleep three hours a night.

I have reduced a medication by a quarter and am struggling to sleep.

But I'm still very tired.

<>

You're giving me two brilliant insights to remember.

The second is truly brilliantly intuitive, I would be very pleased if scientific evidence could then point to this idea.

It would be worthy of a Nobel Prize for medicine and would constantly save millions of lives.

For now, goodbye James.

Sorry, I thought I could last another three hours like in the past few days.

But the fatigue is starting to be felt.

In a few hours I will have to be clear-headed to organize the trip.

Huck

I suspect you are right but you must also factor in that my brain was damaged at around age 3 or 4 when I was attacked by a bull. I died. That was the point when my Broca's area to Wernicke's area broke into two separate regions. In a sense this allowed me to recover from a very severe stroke, one that would normally end my existence.

Then you went onto discussing the 60 Minute article about recovery from severe Aphasia damage.

I am not proposing that I submit myself to this approach. I agree with you that it seems rather dangerous. But the effect is similar to what I experience after my stroke. In my case, a readily available supplement, in my opinion performs a similar function. The supplement is one that I have been taking for over 20 years. It is called Cellular Health by Juvenon.

Good luck on your trip. See you when you get back.

Hi James.

I can't write because I have severe covid.

Maybe I found the exact cure.

But it will take a few more days.

The drugs don't have much of an effect on me.

But now I'm slightly better I have a fever of 37° Celsius, I had exceeded 40° for a short time in my sleep I was drenched in sweat I woke up from a vivid dream, I was reading a very fast strip in ancient Hebrew.
I understood her (in the dream).

What a strange thing.

It was a high fever.

I wrote to the doctor but his response will come within 24 hours.

I have been treating myself since last Saturday.

I took two swabs which came back positive.

<>

We'll see what happens by tomorrow.

Hi, I'm only writing to you because I can't do anything.
