I see. Like "isopor" here. Isopor is a trademark owned by one company, but it's used as a generic trademark for all types of polystyrene. For the longest time I thought isopor was the name for it, because I've never heard it referenced any other way.

Duck. My favourite menu item is duck and pork with fried rice from Kau-Kau BBQ in the International District.

I've actually had both. The elk was served at a Tibetan/Himalayan restaurant on Capitol Hill and was a little on the greasy side. My vote, then, is for the deer.
