I was a moderator on my friends forum about teens, that was really tiring... and having loads of people talking to you on msn, its like a pain in the neck.. But I love to see the stories, its rather interesting.... Practically i'm the only moderator who speaks their mind... now that is a fun moderator.

I've been a mod at a few places but they weren't very active so the job was easy. I would not want to be a mod on any active forum as this. If the position were offered, I would turn it down.

I wouldn't mind being the moderator, at least I would bring in more and more positive vibes.... :D
And i'm also building my own forum too.... The thing is, how i'm I going to advertise it?

I didn't even realize that was allowed, to have your forum in your signatures.
I focus on individual parts of posts.

But now that I know, I put the new forum where I moderate in mine.

:)

Do you ever have any issues with members and how would you deal with them on your forum site?

A set number of warnings, then a ban. A clear set of rules to read for members.

That usually works well. :)

 I guess that sounds about right.... I've only just finished making mine but on my friends forum, the same rules applied.
But the mods on his site were like robots... and thats scary

The only type of Mod that I wish to be, is the immature type from the 60s.

I'm 35 and I act like I'm 19.
