On one hand I have been scored as having severe OCD. On the other hand it's higher than 88% of respondents. Do as many as 12% of people fit the criteria for OCD? Counter to that, of course there's the factor that, most likely, people who suspect OCD are the ones taking the test.

I'm not trying to be in denial because I think I probably do have OCD.

Heh heh heh. OCD... good for you, good for me... The funny thing is, I am better now than I was two years ago.

You really need professional help if you haven't sought it out yet. This level of OCD is in the crippling range and you likely have trouble getting through each day.

Not surprised! I was diagnosed with OCD!

I am obsessive-compulsive, yes. I do not see what makes it a "disorder". In fact, I assure you it is quite the contrary.

SEVERE OCD
You scored a 57 out of 100.
Get some help if you haven't already! You don't have to live your life like this, OCD is very responsive to treatment and your quality of life will improve dramatically.

I'm suprised. :?

A few of the questions could apply to AS, also.

MILD OCD
You scored a 17 out of 100.

I'm not surprised it's so low. The only question I answered high on was "uncontrollable urges" (like touching a hot pan on the stove, or running my finger across a knife, or making sure the light switch on the wall is up or down all the way  ). I think my step-dad has OCD though, he displays many behaviors of someone with it, and I've also noticed a couple tics he has, like blowing on his right hand twice, that's his most obvious. Do people with OCD have tics?
