Roleplay time.
Ok then, I at one point was severely obsessed with forum role-playing. But unfortunately the site I posted on went down and being tied to that site for so long I wasn't that willing to try another one because... well you know. Well then when I saw this section and saw roleplay listed I was ecstatic. So without further delays Her's my first roleplay I've made in almost 2 years.
Greetings one and all and welcome to Verdian, a planet where practically anything is possible. (meaning you can be and do whatever, and I do mean whatever) A sprawling metropolis spans for miles ans huge patches of parks that most would consider full sized forests separate the towering buildings. This is the result of the planets cites expanding so far that they eventually all connected. Huge reserves and national parks the size of small country filled in the need for nature that prevailed in so many still. The setting of this story is in an enormous collage campus in which the collage teaches some very unusual subjects...
There's the plot, now for the rules and guidelines.
This will be a stranded freeform forum RP to keep things simple. You post your actions, dialog, or thoughts. Then wait for the next person to react to what you did. Controlling of others characters in any way without permission is strictly forbidden as usual. And as of course no god-modding which is making your character far too powerful or unbeatable, you have to be reasonable. OOC (out of character) speech should be put in double parentheses ((like so)). Story format (as in like a novel) is the recommended and desired format, although you may also use a simpler format if you wish as one liners and such.
Novel format ex.
James walked softly into the dark room, the floor creaking as if the very ground he was standing on was trying to warn him away. The walls were a gray faded plaster, there markings and designs long lost to time. His breath came irregularly as he glanced around the unfurnished room. "M-maybe it wasn't such a good idea to come here after all." He said to no one in particular.
Short format ex.
*James walks into old mansion room* "M-maybe it wasn't such a good idea to come here after all." He says

Jericho saw the unmistakable signs of Archimedes, Yami's youngest child. He figured he'd do something he rarely ever dose on account of who it was. He decided to actually walk over and greet the little guy. Though his senses were telling him that other people in the crowd were potentially very very dangerous he pushed aside the thought knowing he was capable of handling himself. He strutted over to the crowd, it wasn't difficult to pick out little Archie. "Hey furrball, you think your actually going to learn something new here?" He said in a monotonous voice.

Archie blinked seeing Jerico come up to him having to lift his head up to see him he smiled. "greeting Jerry one moment pleases" he said and taking un hooking the straps on his book he smiled and did a black flip as the book opened up and he landed on it crossing hi leg and then floated up to meet him eye to eye. "ands tos yours question maybes they saids theys got a bunch of news crousesss on various magics evens ones that used to bes banned have been brought over to heres" he said in his usual lisp his ears twitching. "whats yous doin heres Jerry?" he said as he had always called him that since he called him furball.
((note to all grammar police Archie speaks with a lisp so a lot of his words will have s at the end of them to show this so just know this is done on purpose))

Jericho managed something that anyone else would call... well anyone else probably wouldn't have noticed it, but Jericho's closest friends (meaning the people he bothered to talk to) knew it as his smile. "Well it looks like you would be correct on that furball, but dose your dad know your hear? Because if I'm not mistaken a few of those new magic classes your father had strong feelings against. Namely the dark draconic school." Jericho said making it painfully obvious he'd used his eye.

Jericho smiled his invisible smile "Please kid, even if I wanted to rat you out I wouldn't bother the effort of trying. Oh and to answer your earlier question I'm doing some odd jobs around here. I have to get money for soda after all."
