Situation; Explination!

I created this game a year ago

It works like this; I pose a situation and someone has to explain it. The person who poses the situation chooses who they think has the best explination. Then that person poses the next situation.
For example:

Situation;
A naked man is walking through an airport.

Good Explination;
After recieving stares John shrugged;
"Security was gonna take it off anyway."

or

After standing too close to a jet engine, Bill walked back into the airport feeling colder than usual.


Bad Explination;
Somebody stole his clothes.

Understand? now here's the situation again.

Situation;
A naked man is walking through an airport.

The taxes & tariff to bring his family into the country WAS the clothes off his back (you should see the double amputee behind him; bigger family cost him an arm AND a leg!)
