Some browsing earlier today intrigued me. Why should I not suspend my con-world/con-universe in favor of a microworld/micronation? I am considering using x10hosting. The following are the questions that require addressing:
Should I use my site to poll efficiently (multiple polls possible without starting multiple threads here, link to site available in profile)?
What should the micronation be named? (Autia, Autistia, and things like that will probably not be considered creative enough.)
Should the government be started by using nominations for the ruler followed by voting immediately (currently considering representative democracy with one-house legislation due to non-existence of provinces/subdivisions)?
What would make a good flag that looks similar to real flags (relative simplicity, images, colors, et cetera)?
What should be chosen for the domain name? (Options: *.x10.mx, *.x10.bz, *.pcriot.com, *.elementfx.com and what goes in the *)
I wonder about the relative success of something like this. It will take many members to have a coherent and smoothly running government. I might even keep track of the virtual money as an exercise in macroeconomics in a micronation. I plan on exploiting every last AS trait I have to make this a practical utopia.

If I get a bank account/PayPal, I will be able to upgrade the hosting plan.
