Provide the last line of the limmerick composed by the previous poster. Then compose the next limmerick. The line you provide should rhyme with and have the same rhythm as the first two lines of the previous poster's limmerick. Try to keep it at least PG-13.

The cashier, he just couldn't stand it.
The things that his bosses demanded
So he undid his belt to express how he felt...

I told you it was confusing
and as I am only perusing
the threads
I dread
preconceived apocalyptic rhyming

that makes no sense to me. it is the last line that throws my attention off the rails of your rickety roller coaster that is constructed in such haste that i will not board.

The cashier, he just couldn't stand it,
The things that his bosses demanded,
So he undid his belt
To express how he felt -
And learned his boss was both gay and left-handed.

Yaay! Your turn, Deacon. Or somebody--start another limerick. I'm sorry about the lack of a line break between lines 3 and 4, btw. It's been a long time since I've tried any.

A winning racehorse named Hoof-Hearted
lost a race that he'd brilliantly started
because he was passed
by a jockey with gas...

...he fell when his opponent farted

There was only one possible end to that. Okay:

Who was found in snow up to his neck

A poet from Winnipeg, Man.
Wrote verses that never would scan.
When asked why this was,
He said "That's because...."
