A user called, her printer doesn't work anymore, it just showed "Error - Offline". After checking all configuration options, I finally asked her to recheck all cables. Well, ofc she forgot to plug it in...
Best to call the helpdesk, if your printer doesn't work, then

The guy who has his desk just across the room from mine always had this very nice-looking brass-trimmed wall clock on the wall next to his file cabinet. A few days ago, I noticed it wasn't there, so I asked him where the clock had gone and he said, "It just stopped working. I came in Thursday morning and it had just stopped, so I took it down." So, I asked him if he already tried replacing the battery... and he said, "Oh, there's a battery in it?"
