Naturalplastic: I guess I should have specified that I meant the type of clocks whose minute hand sweeps through constantly. So I guess technically you're right.
But for an "analog" traditional clock, if you will, here's the trick: When you remember that the big hand does not meet the little hand for the 11th hour (because by the time it does, it's already 12:00:00), then you realize that the two hands meet only 11 times every 12 hours. Thus, you divide 12 hours by 11 to get 12/11th's of an hour, which is 1 and 1/11th hour, which is 1 hour, 5 and 5/11th minutes, which is 1 hour 5 minutes and 27 3/11 seconds. Add this to 12:00:00 11 times to get:
05:27 3/11
10:54 6/11
16:21 9/11
21:49 1/11
27:16 4/11
32:43 7/11
38:10 10/11
43:38 2/11
49:05 5/11
54:32 8/11
00
