Bankai: Sorrowful Storm, Dead Men shall walk no more, BANKAI!! !"

Shikai makes sky rain, any where the water strikes, makes victim temp deaf, and makes it impossible for victim to make no noise, or be able to sense spiritual pressure at all. Also shocks the victim.
Bankai makes sky rain arrows with shikai effects intact, or takes all the lightning the sword can muster into a tornado coming from the hilt of the zanpakuto.
Hollow Powers can come from any emotion, rather than just rage, so it makes it hard to control if Yuri attempts to use
any hollow like ability.
Tornado Lightning can be thrown like Getsuga Tenshou.
Likes to use his Zanpakuto only when he needs to.
Hollows are afraid of him for unknown reasons.
Hates Maiori Korotsuchi.
