You know how in various examples of fictional media, some animals have punny names that indicate their species? Well, I've decided to start a game where posters take at least one name and make it/them more animal-like. Here are a few rules:
- You don't have to use the name of a fictional character or an actual person; you can screw around with any proper noun you want.
- You can even mention or discuss how a work of fiction already used this sort of naming convention.
- Your transformed name can utilize non-English wordplay, but it would be preferred if you explained your joke if this was the case.
Now for my examples:
- There's a Zootopia fanfic where Judy and Nick are assigned to deal with a vigilante known as the Bat-Knight, whom unbeknownst to almost everyone, is secretly billionaire philanthropist Bruce Drayne.
- There's also a Zootopia fanfic involving Deadpool's canine counterpart named... Wade Wilson, who adopts the moniker of "Deadpooch".
