I also seem to recal there was a book about a woman engaging in bestiality with a bear that came to be considered a national icon or something like that. I'd just like to ask Canada why

Because it's a screen capture, I'll translate. The mouth bubble says "I just got the date for your operation!". The comment at the bottom, which I tried to circle in red, says "That's the health system in Canada..."

This was shared by a FB friend who is a naturalized Canadian citizen. He has done well in Canada BTW.

EDIT: I forgot to point out that the bottom comment was made by the person who shared this.
