Alright, it's time to play "Would you Rather..."! I'll give you two unpleasant options, and the next poster has to pick between those two options, explain why, and then pose a "Would you Rather..." to the next poster.

Would you rather: Be stuck in a room filled with loud, piercing noises for 2 hours, OR live with an NT who constantly wants to establish eye contact and have long, meaningful conversations for six months?

because that's bettter than the second option

Would you rather see a good movie, or eat at a nice restaurant?

I'd rather clean the house (reluctantly).

Must we bash the NTs like this? Really? I do not like it, and I am a card-carrying Aspie. If gay and racial slurs are not allowed on WP, it's total hypocracy for us to talk so much sh*t about Neuro-Typicals. If I posted on this board as a black person, I may not appreciate nonstop ni**er jokes.

Good point, slowmutant, one that Alex himself promotes.
NT's are our life-lines, for the most part.
Food and shelter are the most important basics, and most easily taken for granted.

Something to eat, plz, mainly because I am strenuously opposed to massive corporate franchises promoting gluttony, obesity, lazyness, pollution and the destruction of ever more tracts of unbelievably precious South American rain-forest in order to make pasture for cattle.


Two unpleasant choices...hmm,
Never achieving one of the goals in life and always regretting it,
or achieving it and then realising it was a massive mistake to which you are fundamentally unsuited?

Achieving my life's goals and realizing that it was the wrong direction to go in.

Doing forestry for a year, or changing diapers in a baby nursery, for a day?

Doing Forestry for a year wouldn't be unpleasant at all!
plus I am already a Horticulturalist.

Eating burnt food or maggoty food?

Maggoty food = good because of extra protein

I would rather go to Summer School for the summer.

Summer school, because atleast i'd be learning something and not completely wasting my time.

I would rather live in the desert!

Which would you rather see emerging from the drain while you're taking a shower: a black pine snake (nonvenomous, 6' long) or a large Norway rat?

I'd have to decide to be cripplingly depressed. It's no different than how I am now, so it's no big deal to me. Depression sucks, but I'd rather feel empty inside than on edge all the time.

Would you rather:
1. Have someone you love be murdered and save yourself
or
2. Save someone you love and be murdered instead?

I would let someone I love die before me. Sorry.

Would you rather BOINK a morbidly obese member of the opposite sex while they are having a herpes outbreak, or do the same-sexed polar opposite of the latter who is also a model?

Well, I'm bi-curious, so I would go with the latter (though that question is slightly prejuiced)

Would you rather puke for a month or feel extreme pain (like PAIN pain) for a day?
