I'll chance it... Guess the meds...

I'm quite unfamiliar with prescribed meds. I can't recall seeing a blister pack shaped that way. Hmm...not the combined pill because the packs of those aren't perforated. Nothing small like an antihistamine tablet because these in your photo are close together. The only tablets I've seen that can be torn apart with that kind of packaging are painkillers. The other one is Immodium instants, but that's completely different packaging. Am I on the right track?

They are transparent capsules, they look like the ones they put fish oil in for instance.
It's not fish oil, obviously...

Vitamin E in an oil containing it, like soybean oil? Or Safflower oil, Evening Primrose oil...

No, it's a prescription drug.

I'll make it a bit easier; on the market since 1969, brand name starts with N, generic name starts with T.

Aww... Maybe this one turned into too much of a riddle. I'll put y'all out of your misery. It's Normison, Temazepam, Restoril (etc.), used to treat insomnia or anxiety.

It IS...a toilet flushing ...on board a ship...just as the ship is crossing the Equator!

In the northern hemisphere the water drains clockwise. In the southern hemisphere the water going down drains and commodes counter clockwise. But here some quick thinking photographer caught it just as it was right on the Equator. So its going straight down!
