Okay, here's a quick little scenario for you.

What would your favorite character(that you have created, no Raistlins, Drizzits, etc) do when....

"It's a beautiful day in the neighbor hood,
It's a beautiful day in the neighbor hood"
*Throat clears loudly.*
As you come around, you slowly realise that you're laying on some very cold, and hard, gold bricks. As you get up, you notice you are indeed, on a "yellow brick road". As you look around, you also notice that there is ONLY the road. If you can imagine what tangible nothing would look like, that is what you see on either side of the road. Literally, nothing. And it is about the time you may or may not start to question just where you are, and what is going on, when you start melting through the bricks, and find yourself in a wholly new place...

The floor is green, walls are blue, ceiling is purple. There seems to be some kind of stream carved into the floor. Looks kind of like what you get if you melt gold, silver, and blue crayons together in a pot. And there's a rather strong smell of ozone in the air...

What do you do?

You soon reach a split, one branch heading on ahead and slightly to the left, the other taking a sharp right down a smaller corridor. The smaller corridor's stream also narrows quite suddenly, but only the fluid. the channel it flows through is still the same size, so it seems as though the fluid is now flowing in mid-air within the channel. It seems to be entering a large, cylindrical object, and exiting at the other side, continuing in the channel, and "spreading" back out to fill the width of the channel. There is nothing notable that's different about the other direction.

Examine the fluid in the stream. Is it water, or some other liquid? Do I recognise it?
