Write something you think is very exciting that has happened or is going to happen and you know that a lot of other people would not find this exciting.

Boars have been reintroduced to England!! :)

Because its a hard subject and it is difficult to concentrate on it. Lets drop these topics

well, you talk about it with us or we talk about it with linsey.

robert, does your mom wish you and brad move out? it must be hard for her to get some privacy with all the men she picks up at the beacon club.

i shave my arms, it makes blood draws at clinical trials easier

im sure you can get banned on the megadeth board for saying "metallica is cool!"

Approximately 5000 years ago, an ink for blacking the raised surfaces of pictures and texts carved in stone was developed in China. This early ink was a mixture of soot from pine smoke, lamp oil, and gelatin from animal skins and musk. Other early cultures also developed many colors of ink from available berries, plants and minerals

A few grains/crystals of sugar was known to be an effective anaesthetic/painkiller for surgical operations in the Arab empire back in 1000 AD. Less well known is how it was used to bribe members of the Crusades , and how crucial a role addiction to this new substance may have been in fuelling the slave trade, ( the principal work force for the sugar plantations).

Humans had never eaten gluten before the end of the last ice age ( 13,000 BC ) when a mutation in grass plants produced the plant we now know as wheat, and then only in a single tiny area on the planet; famously known as The Fertile Crescent , because it was the birthplace of western civilisation including agriculture, religion, and rectangular houses.

Pre-neolithic humans ( pre-13,000 BC) ate huge quantities of shellfish. Which are high in zinc. Which is involved in sensory system functioning, taste etc, and impacts on appetite for life.

I know nobody finds this stuff interesting; i've been telling it to people for years and ( almost) nobody has ever seemed the slightest bit interested

Successful ecdysis!! My snake just shed last week. I wanted to keep the skin, but I put it out back on the wood pile so it would not attract reptile mites to the house. After she shed, she was so hungry, she gulped down a mouse right in front of me for the first time. (Normally she only eats in complete privacy.)

I think the next reptile I bring home will be a legless lizard. Legless lizards are the subject of my current obsession.
