A lawyer told me once about a final exam in a law school course. The students were all seated at their desks when the prof walked in. He set three beer cans on the table in front of the class and then left. The lawyer said that many students couldn't figure anything out from this. He said that after a few minutes of thought, he started writing about evidence using the three beer cans to cover his points. He made an 'A'.

I will assume that the choice is between being and nothingness. (Of course, it could just be a minor error.)
