You Should Live in the Country

Image

You are laid back, calm, and good at entertaining yourself.
You don't need an expensive big city to keep you busy.
You'll take the peaceful life over the stressful life any day of the week.

Where Should You Live?

You Should Live in a Big City

You don't want anything in particular out of life... you want it all.
You crave new and exciting experiences. And you get bored fairly easily.
Only very big cities can keep you entertained and stimulated.
One of these days, I do want to live in the city because there's lots to do! In the middle of nowhere where I live, far away from human civilization there ain't nothing to do!

In civilization where I live it's so crowded, loud, and polluted. In the fourteen years I've lived here, I've seen woods torn up, eople becoming louder and meaner, and cars traveling down the roads in swarms!

I've lived in Cincinnati, OH all my life (24 1/2 years). Back when I was a kid, the suburbs of Cincinnati where I grew up were very peaceful, a lot like the country. But...they've lost all peace now. I judge how peaceful an area is by the crime rate. I look it up on Sperling's BestPlaces (http://www.bestplaces.net/). I've found a nice, inexpensive apartment complex called Quail Hollow & Sherwood Knoll in Ft. Mitchell, KY. Ft. Mitchell is a smaller city in Kenton County, KY. As for the country, I wish I could live there, but it's very expensive. It is often said that it's cheaper to live in Kentucky than Ohio. Well that's part of why I'm headed to Ft. Mitchell. I will move there in June 2009.

I hated living in the city and having to hear police, fire and ambulance sirens too much of the time, especially at night when I am trying to sleep. I would rather listen to crickets at night.

I live in a city that fortunately has a bicycle trail that can take me from mid-town
to the country side in less than half hour of pedaling.

I think I'll probably live in the city for a few years, though. I just want small towns to stay small towns, so I can have some peace when I'm ready to move away.

You Should Live in a Small Town
You prefer a close knit community to the bustle of the city.
You like locally owned businesses, local flavor, and friendly neighbors.
There's nothing boring about a small town!

You Should Live in a Small City

You are definitely an urban person, but not any old city will do.
You want a city that matches you well. For you, big cities lack individuality.
You prefer a smaller city with lots of personality, local culture, and history.

I'm the first suburb!

You Should Live in the Suburbs

Like many people, you like the city - but you don't want to live in it.
For you, the suburbs is the perfect compromise.
You can enjoy the city as much as you want, but you have a quiet, safe neighborhood to come home to.
