I'm healthy!! !

Your BMI is 22.7 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25

Congratulations, you are the perfect weight for your height.
Even though you may not be entirely happy with your weight, you are healthy.
So gain or lose a few pounds if you want, but don't go too crazy!

Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on!

It takes no account of body composition.
Just vague height vs. weight tables

It said my bmi was 27.5 when I had it tested at the gym a week back at about 15%.

"Don't lose any weight. You already are quite slender.
You could even gain a few pounds if you wanted.
Indulge yourself every once and a while! "

You Are Overweight

Your BMI is 42.0 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25

You are considered obese, and for your health, you should lose some weight.
Your BMI puts you at a higher risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, certain cancers, and joint problems.
Don't starve yourself or crash diet. See a doctor to learn how to lose weight safely.

Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on!

Sid will blame the government for the standards, because Sid can. :O)

If you do want to lose weight, my mom lost and kept off over 90 pounds (in only one year) using the plan in Dr. Phil McGraw's book The Ultimate Weight Solution. It's honest and it does work if you do everything it askes.

You Are Extremely Thin

Your BMI is 16.1 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25

You definitely don't need to lose weight.
In fact, you need to gain some weight to ensure you're healthy.
So go ahead and pig out!

Geez... I'm not that thin! I haven't even been sick for nearly a year and a half now!
