it's on addictinggames.com no real point to it (you don't earn points or level up) but you can make former president bush (jr. not sr.) look really stupid and it's good for a easy laugh

I found it.

Apparently, the idea is to jerk ex-President Bush
from place to place across the screen so he can find
the next bubble to fall down on.

Try to force him to do the splits, force him into a face
plant, rupture his Anterior Cruciate Ligaments (an
almost certain career-ending injury for a pro athlete), and
so on.
