You can visualize events pretty easily, and you're not bad at thinking up new ideas.

Believe it or not, you could be a bit more imaginative. All you have to do is give yourself permission.
Spend a few minutes each day daydreaming. It's good for you, and who knows what might come of it?

I have a really hard time visualizing anything that already exists, even people I know really well's faces but I'm a jewellery designer and find it easier to visualize how beads etc would got together to create a design or to make up and draw new designs. I can be a daydreamer but the pictures tend not to be clear or last long (especially faces) and it's all just words in the head

I don't imagine faces much either unless I'm dreaming and even then it's more like I just know it a certain person unless its a scary dream. My imagination is more like scene scapes, images and patterns and movies in my head. I also imagine music and dialogue strangely enough.

You aren't a very imaginative person... but only because you don't allow yourself to be.
Your imagination has laid dormant for many years, and as a result, you're kind of boring.

Give yourself permission to wonder, daydream, and explore. Buy a coloring book. Take some photos.
You may be surprised where the world takes you if you open up to a it a bit more. If you can dream it, you can do it!
