Last week, forgot my employee login number. Been working there over four and a half years.

42 years old. Live alone. Always been single. Zero children. Been working at Home Depot as Lot Attendant.

Paranoid it's a symptom of dementia or some other undiagnosed condition. Something like that.

surreal, dissociated, detached, wounded, useless, pathetic, apathetic

exhausted all the time

everything is hard: staying awake, falling asleep, (emotional over)eating, Litterbox, talking. (things like trying to have a conversation, successfully refraining from getting made redundant, cooking, are like trapeze acts - i literally and figuretively could not even dream of doing them.

I think you should see a doctor. Is it possible to have a social worker who will help you also?

I keep all my passwords in the same notebook, and on my phone's notes app. Though at my phone they are written in a way only i can understand.

I would advise seeing not only regular doctor but psychiatrist because a lot of the symptoms you wrote about are symptoms of depression. Autistic burnout also comes to mind.

Yesterday my sister texted me that the gardeners were coming today

Failed to unlock the gate. Didn't remember until on the bus. Got off the bus, took the bus back, went to my house. Gardeners already there and they unlocked the gate

Maybe I have dementia

42 nothing accomplished

Are your hormones normal? Declining hormones is common after age 40 and can affect memory and sleep. If your family tend to have early menopause then you should definitely get them checked. You probably won't have to worry about dementia for 30 years.

january 2024, hormones still within standard reference range for cisgender males.

24 -26 and 36-42 (now), took testosterone to hormonally transition to male.

have not gotten bloodwork since then.
