Rather than sitting and listening to elders, I think a two way dialogue would be more of a goal. More mature posters are gems on WP, but I have seen a lot of insight and wisdom from posters a generation younger than myself. If someone's responses seem too juvenile or too antagonistic, just don't get sucked into a reply.
