Restroom etiquette for Aspergers

I never had a problem with public restrooms because they all have stalls and no one can see you on the toilet. Usually people do not peek in through the cracks no do they stick their heads under to see you. I also don't have a problem with single restrooms because they have a lock on the door.

As for me giving birth, my husband or someone took a photo of my son right after I gave birth to him and I have one of him breastfeeding for the first time. I also have a photo of him being on my chest after I gave birth and after the cord was cut. I remember how happy I felt then and it felt like a dream.

I simply bypass the problem and use the toilet.

I just use a stall, I wouldn't mind so much if the urinals have those separator things but even then I'd still opt for proper privacy.

Something odd I noticed while I was in California last year; every stall I used there were massive gaps around the door so anyone could just look in, one even had slats so if someone wanted to they could just see right through. It isn't something I've noticed anywhere else so is that an American thing?

Going commando has a way of putting the kibosh on that, but sometimes the aftermath gives the appearance that one could have as easily forgone the whole process
