I've been spending quite a bit of time with this girl I met recently. We usually have dinner at her place, talk, watch movies, listen to music, play card games. I think they're dates. I bought her flowers last time I went over there. We've had no physical contact aside from hugging. I'm not sure how or when I should initiate physical contact, or even if I should. Can anyone give me some advice?

You can do it two ways. During one of those moments that you think might be a time when someone would initiate physical contact, look her in the eye and ask if you can. "Is it ok if I kiss you?" "Is it ok if I hold your hand?"

Or, take her someplace where there is a romantic spot...a view, a lake, the beach, and ask her if it's ok to hold her hand.

It really is ok to ask if you're unsure.
