Parts work/inner family therapy

If you're referring to parts work as in dissociative identity disorder, I don't have that, but I have tried the book "Homecoming: Championing and Reclaiming Your Inner Child" and it came with guided meditations to reclaim each childhood stage like infancy, toddler, childhood, adolescence. I remember it being helpful to a point. I experienced trauma as a child so it was useful to reparent myself, but not as helpful as therapy.
